THE PROCESS + WHAT’S INCLUDED

CONSULT + BOOKING – It all starts with an initial conversation. If you’d like to work together, the very first step is to reach out to me. After receiving your inquiry, I’ll send over a few questions so I can get to know more about you & your business, your vision, and your goals. You’ll also have the chance to ask me any questions you may have. If we feel that we’ll make a great team and you’re ready to get started, you’ll be asked to sign my contract and submit payment. Once my contract is signed and payment is received, your project is booked and ready to begin on the start date provided.

DISCOVERY WORKBOOK – You will receive my discovery workbook to complete online. This will help you dig deep and organize your thoughts, and it will help me learn more about you & your business, your story, style, inspiration, etc. so I can translate that into authentic, quality marketing visuals that reflects your personal style, pre-existing brand and connects you with your ideal clients.

MARKETING RESEARCH– No design is complete without a solid strategy in place, even for marketing visuals. On the project start date, I will study your workbook, research, and begin to strategize the visual direction. The visual brand plan will focus on a specific design direction to help stay focused and maintain consistency with your pre-existing brand and logo design. 

SOCIAL MEDIA VISUALS –I will provide you with strong social media visuals. You may choose from either a Facebook, Twitter or Etsy Banner, 5-10 content images (ranging from sale ads, quote templates, graphic patterns, holiday graphics, etc.), up to 5 social media icons in your color of choice and a signature line for your email (PNG file format).

PRINT COLLATERAL – You will receive custom designed business card and notecard designs. Files provided will be print-ready PDF files + my print lab recommendations. You may also choose a third custom designed promotional item. Menu designs, service lists, promotional flyers and postcards are all common picks.

REVISIONS – You will be asked to provide your feedback. Our project together is collaborative and through my experience, I have learned that nobody knows you and your business as well as you do and thus your feedback is essential to our project. We will discuss the direction and make any revisions necessary to perfect the design. Three rounds of revisions are included. Kindly note that any changes requested after design approval will be billed separately, as will any additional revisions requested outside the allotted three rounds.

FINAL FILES – You will receive several file formats in high-resolution, ready for print and web. You will receive the all your social media visuals as 300dpi JPG's, with the exeption of the email signature, which will be provided as a PNG (transparent background, for web/watermarking). , All print collateral will be provided as final print-ready PDF files plus my print lab recommendations. Fonts need to be downloaded or purchased (whichever is applicable) by the client for use beyond the files provided. I will also provide a brief explanation of the different file types you will be receiving and how to use them!

TIMELINE

The Marketing Collection typically takes 1-2 weeks from the start date to completion. My general guideline is 1 week for the visual plan and research and 1 week for design. Additional services will of course lengthen this estimation of time.

 

INVESTMENT

The investment for this collection is $750. Payment is invoiced and accepted through Stripe Direct Checkout or Square. Most major credit cards are accepted. You do NOT have to have an account with either to pay for a package or invoice. Once the contract is signed and payment is received, your project is booked and ready to begin on the start date provided.
